  • Present and proposed landscaping

Space Needs Program

  • Review existing operations, staffing requirements, and methods of operating.
  • Provide space planning questionnaire and employee work area and job summary questionnaire.
  • Summarize all information and provide current space needs program and future growth plan.
  • Evaluate currents marketing and merchandising areas.
  • Develop conceptual floor plans of proposed project concept.
  • Prepare a cost analysis based on project concept.
  • Develop preliminary project time table.
